I used to watch my late Nanna happily crocheting collars until she had a large stack of them, I didn’t think they were in fashion when I was a teenager, but I could tell that she obviously loved making them.
Fast forward to now when I have my own teenager daughter who requested I make her a crocheted collar!
I wish my nan could see that, but sadly she passed away a few years ago. In honor of my nanna and how fashions come and go - I have named this Peter Pan collar after her. “Ena” - my daughter happily wore her collar to university today.

This pattern is easy enough for a beginner project, there is a little shaping, but mostly in the last row.

I must admit I did enjoy making a few collars and this could be the start of a few different styles. (I had strict specifications on the design of this one)
