Create a variety of cute hats and headbands decorated with crocheted roses.

Supplies

• Lightweight fingering yarn--I used “Palette” and “Stroll” from knitpicks, and “Serena” from Manos del Uruguay
• Knitting Needles sized 000 and 0 (1.5 & 2 mm) for knitted headbands.
• Cable needle for cable-edged hat
• crochet hook in small size--US 9 or 10, about 1.75 to 2 mm for crocheting roses.

Gauge
* With size 0 needles in stockinette stitch, 20 stitches & 26-27 rows in a 2 x 2 inch (5.1 cm) square.
