The Encompass Me 12” Afghan Block combines simple stitches with interesting post stitch construction to create a pleasing textured effect.

You could add this component block to create a multi-square afghan or used as a pretty pot holder or cushion cover.

There are many options for how you can arrange your colours on this square. Have a play with your colours, I can’t wait to see the combinations you come up with!

Finished Size: 12 x 12 inches (30 x 30cm)

Yarn: Scheepjes Stone Washed XL used in photos:

20g / 30m metres Moon Stone (Shade 841)
18g / 27m metres Green Jade (Shade 846)
43g / 65m metres Yellow Jasper (Shade 849)

Hook: US size H/8 (5 mm )

Gauge: 9dc = 2.5inch / 6.35cm

Obtaining the correct gauge is not critical to this project but yarn amounts and finished size of project may differ if your gauge is different from mine.
