This is a pattern for an elegant, simple and easy to make summer top.

It is made as a warm season garment and any summer fiber yarn would be suitable, but I don’t see why it couldn’t be made from wool or alpaca for layering in the colder seasons.

This project is suitable for a beginner – simple shape, basic stitches and how to add beads is shown with photos in the pattern.

The top is worked bottom up in two pieces which are sewn together.

Pattern comes with both written and charted instructions, using standard US crochet terms.
