Energy 501 is inspired by my passion for Science. I’ve always gotten excited knowing that light can be decomposed into several colors. As a scientist understanding nature, it’s amazing. My experience in science has let me have a different point of view of things and, when it’s related to color, it’s absolutely fascinating to me. I love mixing colors, especially the opposite in the color spectrum. Thinking about this idea, the design makes it to life. It gives us a dynamic effect while changing the direction of the knit, creating a triangular shape but in a contrasting way, using the Log Cabin method.
Energy 501 is a great collaboration with Malabrigo Yarn
