This design is a blanket called Enigma. The design was originally published as a crochet along in CrochetNow magazine in 2021, and is now available as a stand-alone pattern.

The blanket changes shape several times. It starts as a circular mandala, then becomes a square which is rotated to form a new square. Finally the blanket is turned into a rectangle. You can work the full blanket, or stop at any point where the blanket reaches a finished shape.

MATERIALS
I have created four official colourways, but you are welcome to use whatever hook/yarn combination you prefer. The official colorways are

• Sunset Sky in Scheepjes Cotton 8 (fingering weight, 50g/170m, 100% cotton) with a 3.0mm (US D-3/ UK 11) crochet hook.
• Flower Field in Scheepjes Stone Washed (sport weight, 50g/130m, 78% cotton, 22% acrylic) with a 3.5mm (US E-4/ UK 9) crochet hook
• Flower Field in Scheepjes Color Crafter (double knit, 100g/300m, 100% premium acrylic) with a 4.0mm (US G-6/ UK 8) crochet hook
• Vintage in Scheepjes Scrumptious (double knit, 100g/300m, 50% recycled polyester / 50% acrylic) with a 4.0mm (US G-6/ UK 8) crochet hook

SIZE
The Stone Washed blanket measures 105cm x 155cm.
The Colour Crafter and Scrumptious blankets measures 115cm x 170cm.

PATTERNS
The pattern for Enigma Blanket is divided into 12 parts. The pattern is available in parts on my website and as a whole on Ravelry.

LANGUAGES
The written patterns are available in English US Terms, English UK Terms, and Dutch. The video tutorials are available in English US Terms.
