Entrelac Socks
Entrelac is a wonderful way to use a variety of yarns, and it can be addictive. These socks combine small amounts of six different-colored yarns with heathered main color that ties them together. The cuffs are an excellent place to blend different yarns with the same grist -try a fluffy angora or shiny Tencel blend for some of the entrelac squares. These socks are a great opportunity to practice knitting backward; it may help to look in the mirror while practicing until you’ve got the hang of it.
