Ephesus Tee is a seamless top-down tee. The neck is shaped with German Short Rows. The yoke has a lace pattern, forming vertical lines reminiscent of columns. Increases are distributed along the yoke. Then, the sleeves and the body are separated and both are knitted circularly in stockinette stitch. The original design has short sleeves; and recently I have added a three-quarter length sleeve version. You can adjust the sleeve length according to your preference, as well as the body length, taking care of having enough yarn. The approximate yarn yardage per size is for the short-sleeved version and the body length indicated in the measurement table.

Suggested ease: between 7cm / 2.75” and 14cm / 5.5” of positive ease.

Gauge: 21 st x 32 rounds (10cm / 4”) in stockinette stitch worked in the round and after wet blocking.

Suggested needles: 4mm / US 6 circular needles or the size needed to achieve the gauge (main needle). 3,5mm / US 4 or smaller than the main needle for ribbing. The length of the needles can be varied as needed. To work small circumferences (such as collar or sleeves) you can use double pointed needles, short circular needles or long circular needles using the magic loop technique.

Short-Sleeved Version: (715, 790, 915) 995, 1100, 1215 {1325, 1470, 1545} m/(780, 865, 1000) 1090, 1205, 1330 {1450, 1610, 1690} yd.

Suggested yarn: DK weight cotton, or similar.

Ephesus Tee es una camiseta de canesú redondo que se teje en circular de arriba hacia abajo y sin costuras. El cuello se forma con Vueltas Cortas Alemanas, y el canesú lleva un calado de líneas verticales que se asemejan a columnas. Los aumentos se distribuyen a lo largo del canesú.
