Equator Cowl

The Equator Hat and Cowl patterns can be purchased separately, or as a set. Each piece is knit with Worsted weight yarn and you can knit BOTH pieces with 2 - 100g (200 yard) skeins in contrasting colours.
The pattern was inspired by the Equator and features a point in the design where the pattern continues the same, but the colours are opposite.

Size:
- Finished circumference is 24”
Gauge:
- 20 sts / 4” (in colourwork)
Yarn:
- I used Tanis Fiber Arts PureWash Worsted in ‘Sprite’ and ‘ Chestnut’ For the hat I used 55g of each.
Needles
- 4.00mm and 5.00mm on a 16” cord
Additional Materials:
- 10 stitch markers, scissors, darning needle
