All hats, headbands and neck warmers are knit with circular needles however headbands may be made with straight or circular needles. Circular needles give a seamless and professional looking result. Instructions are given for knitting with circular needles however all you need to do is follow the chart with knitting the odd numbered rows and purl the even numbered rows
