Erin is charmingly simple. Starting with a clean rolled edge, this hat spirals to its peak in a manner reminiscent of the swirl of a periwinkle shell or a Turkish minaret. Spiral ridges are created with a simple combination of a slipped stitch, an increase and a decrease. A bit of i-cord at the top, tied into a small knot completes the design.
