This pattern was designed and written for my 2 year old great niece who wears a size 2T. However, there is a chart for sizes 1 and 3T so adaptations can be made.

My niece told me that she uses the outgrown dresses I have made for Miss E as tops with leggings under them. To make this dress work for this option, I have designed extra long straps so the dress will be able to fit a child as she grows into it as a top instead of a dress.
