This pattern includes both a toe up and a cuff down version. It was professionally tech-edited and test knit by a handful of knitters of all skill levels.

Escalera means ladder in Spanish. These trouser socks were inspired by the ladders we climb in life and the many twists and turns we make along the way. There are wrapped stitches that create a ladder effect and spiraling twisted stitches that run up either side of the sock to show the twists and turns. These trouser socks are gender neutral and can be altered to fit any size by simply adding or removing stitches on either side of the written pattern. They are meant to be worn at the middle of your calf.
