Esen Shawl
For this design I knew I wanted to make something that was quite simple but still a bit different from your everyday shawl. Every time I thought of a shawl or a wrap the first image that came to mind is of a large triangular garment. When typing in “crochet shawl” into the search bar the majority of the results would show
just that. Rarely did I see one that had both a flat top and bottom. I am so happy that I took a chance and decided to try to create this shawl because I love how it turned out!
This pattern is written in US terms.
This shawl is worked using only double crochet and ch-1 spaces. You are going to be placing your double crochet stitches in these ch-1 spaces.
Color changing is not necessary for this project.
