Esme Elephant is a soft toy with long dangly arms and legs
All the pieces are knitted flat on two needles except for the legs and arms. These are icords and require 2 x 3mm double pointed needles.
The pattern has 4 pages with full knitting and make up instructions and includes 2 small photos for guidance, in addition to the images on the first (cover) page.
Any suitable DK can be substitued for the Adriafil Knitcol.
Esme, by the way, is the big sister of the Spindledrift Family. There is just a little about Esme included in the pattern.
Why not make more than one elephant and create your own Spindledrift siblings in cdifferent colour. The arms and legs can easily be lengthened or shortened to give the impression of different size baby elephants.
