Esmerelda Wrap
This pattern is available as a
free Ravelry download
Inspired by Disney’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame, this is Esmerelda, a long triangular wrap worked from the bottom-up, and decorated with beads and a picot cast off. It can be worn around your neck like a scarf or shawl, or wrapped around your waist for a bit of gypsy glamour!
The wrap is fully adjustable, just stop knitting and cast off when you’re ready. There is no need to measure gauge and blocking is completely optional. You will need 1x100g of sock/fingering weight yarn, 4mm needles, about 125x8mm beads (or anything else you like), and something to attach the beads on to each stitch such as a small crochet hook or dental floss.
