The Espresso Cardigan is a wonderfully cozy oversized cardigan, perfect to keep you warm on a chilly morning.

This pattern is graded to accommodate CYC standard guidelines for sizes XS-5X (Bust sizes 30-62”) and is written in three sizes: 1(2)3, so the sizes are grouped as follows: XS-M(L-2X)3X-5X.
Within each bracket, there is 10-18” of positive ease, for a super oversizes comfy awesome fit. Tips are included for altering fit to your taste if you want to switch it up.

Pattern uses worsted (4) weight yarn, Sample shown uses Lion Brand Pound of Love in color Cinnabar.

Cardigan body is constructed from side to side, starting with a long chain to make the length of the sweater, worked in rows across first front panel, a row to make a sleeve hole, worked in rows across back panel, another sleeve hole row, and then finally the last front panel. Ribbing is worked directly onto cardigan, and sleeves are worked separately and seamed.

The lovely stitch pattern gives a knit ribbed effect!
