The Estiu top is an oversized, timeless summer design featuring stripes. It is worked bottom up and comes with two lengths, you need to decide if you want a cropped or full length version before you start to shape the shoulders. It is knitted flat, back and forth with shaped armholes and neck. The back and front are joined using mattress stitch on both sides and the shoulders are grafted with Kitchener stitch. It is finished by picking up stitches for the neckband and armholes with a thin 1x1 rib and bind off with Italian bind off technique for a neat finish. (Instructions to knit in the round included)

Sizes: A (B) C (D) E (F) G - this correspond to fitting bust circumference of 71-76 (81 - 86) 91-97 (102- 107) 112-117 (122-127) 132-137/ 28-30 (32-34) 36-38 (40-42) 44-46 (48-50) 52-54. The final top circumference is 90 (101) 110 (121) 130 (141) 150 cm / 35.5 (40) 43.5 (47.5) 51 (55.5) 59 in. Table of measurements included in the pattern.

Yarn: 75-100 (100-125) 125-150 (150-200) 200-225 (225-250) 250-300 g 4ply Rainbow Bamboo 60 % Bamboo and 40% Cotton Hobbii Yarn (100g = 250m/274yd) for Colour A and 75-75 (75-100) 100-125 (125-150) 150-200 (200-225) 225-250 of the same yarn with Colour B. If knitting the top without stripes the total yardage is 150-175 (175-200) 200-225 (250-300) 300-325 (350-375) 375-400.
The yardage provided is for the cropped and full length version (C - FL)

Alternative yarn: Any 4ply weight yarn that meets the gauge. (I recommend a summery fibre or blends that contain cotton/bamboo/linen/cashmere)

26sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 in in stockinette stitch on 3 mm needles in stripe sequence:
