The pattern shows a way of doing stripes without the ‘yarn crossing’. That makes the socks ‘seamless’ and it gives knitting the feeling of eternity. The stripes just never end…. Of course you can do the stripes also the traditional way, but you won’t want to. Brioche stitches are doing the magic of the spirals on leg and foot.
This pattern might look complicated, but it is really simple! You can use any 4 ply sock yarn and you need 5 double pointed needles.
