Valentine’s Day comes around again and Ethne Rose now has a pretty outfit for the special day.
Valentine is a simple top down sweater with long sleeves or a dress with short sleeves. A few rows of ribbing at the top of the body and sleeves create a snug fit. Eyelet increases on the body and sleeves creates a gentle A-line shape and a pretty heart lace pattern gives Valentine its name. I used King Cole Galaxy DK in red for a fluffy, sparkly effect. The lounging pants; I used the black yarn left over from here hair. I used a 12” long, round shoelace for the tie cord, but you can use ribbon if you prefer.
