A lot of people do not feel that Eustoma sounds particularly pretty. Yet it’s a fine name… ‘Eu’ stands for ‘good’, ‘stoma’ for ‘mouth’. So Eustoma means ‘good mouth’. When you think about it, it isn’t really that strange. Because every time you see the versatile Lisianthus with all its shapes, colors and varieties, your mouth drops open in amazement and wonder.

Eustoma is a semicircular lace shawl worked from the center back of the neck down to the border.

Level of skills: from intermediate to advanced.
The pattern includes charts and the chart notes; no row by row written instructions included.
Only charts
Size: Adjustable
In case you’d like to increase your shawl size, you will only need to work some extra rows.
Yarn: It is recommended to use some natural fiber yarns (linen, cotton, wool, and silk), or yarn with a minimum synthetic content; approx. 500–800 m (547–875 yds) per 100 g.
Gauge is not critical for this project. Finished size and the required yardage will depend on yarn choice, needle size and your individual manner of knitting.
ALL CHARTS show only the right side rows; on the wrong side rows all stitches are purled (except for the edge stitches) unless otherwise specified.
