I was fortunate enough to be given an Ever After High doll, and I immediately set about crocheting something for her. I think it would fit Monster High as well, as they have similar proportions. The holes make it slightly sheer, so I normally put a pair of jeans under it. Leggings would work too, or you could crochet something.
