2) Crochet H (5 mm)
3) Scissors and yarn needle.

GAUGE:

With H (5 mm) hook: 20 SC-BLO x 16 rows = 4 in/10 cm
* Measure gauge at the bottom of the hat, at ribbing. * Stretch lightly to measure.
