My son had a great time watching the movie Abominable! It was beautifully done, the story and the music were very touching.

He related so much to it, being set in China and seeing the main character playing the violin, like he does. It was overall an amazing one, that made me tear up a few times.

Naturally he wanted a little snow monster for himself! So I’ve made him this one that he’s named Everest Jr, after the snow monster in Abominable. :)

You will need one skein of the Faux Fur yarn, the cotton yarn for the face and eyes, you could use your scrap yarns. It doesn’t require much at all. The blue eyes are so important to give Everest Jr his unique face.

Gauge is not imporant but I have included a notes section to help you with the furry yarn. Also notes include what to do about stuffing so it doesn’t seep out of the doll.
