Knit from the bottom up, with no seaming required, this pattern is written in nine sizes - XS, S, M, (L, 1X, 2X), 3X, 4X, 5X. The smallest size is written for a 30” bust, the largest is written for a 63” bust. This sweater is designed to be oversized and super cozy!**

It is suggested to pick your size based on whichever measurement (hips or bust) is larger. You can also pick whichever size you like based on the full width of the final piece - see DIMENSIONS on the final page for this number, which indicates the full width of the body of the cardigan, front and back, including the collar.

The pattern is written with 7”-9” of positive ease. If you would like a less oversized fit, you can size down!

Body length and armhole depth are totally adjustable, you’ll just need to pick up more or less stitches for the sleeves and collar.

Difficulty Level: Advanced Beginner-Intermediate

Skills Required: three-needle bind-off, picking up stitches for collar and sleeves, short rows

MATERIALS

Yarn: We Are Knitters - The Petite Wool (sample shown in Olive)
Amount: 6, 6.25, 6.75, (7.5, 8.25, 9), 10, 10.5, 12 skeins of The Petite Wool
OR
600g/840m, 607.5g/875m, 675g/945m, 742.5g/1050m, (816.75g/1155m, 898g/1260m, 987g/1400m), 1086g/1470m, 1195g/1680m
of any Bulky yarn that meets gauge!

Materials:
Sizes 9/5.5mm and 10.5/6.5mm needles, or sizes needed to obtain gauge
Suggested to use 32” circular needles for the body and 16” or DPN for sleeves
Stitch markers, scissors, darning needle large enough for yarn

GAUGE
Knit in stockinette stitch flat on size 10.5 needles
13 sts x 21 rows = 4”/10cm, washed and blocked

Tip: This is super important! My gauge only changed by 2 sts when washed and blocked but it completely changed the fit of the sweater. Wash and block your swatches!
