This customizable sweater features a cropped high/low hem and plenty of options for knitting to your preferred style. The boxy, oversized fit is comfortable and flattering. Pattern includes instructions to adjust the length, add patch pockets and two different options for finishing your neckline (cowl or crew).
Choose to knit your sweater in one color or select a contrast color to knit the hem, sleeve cuffs, and pockets.
This sweater has been a labor of love. It all began in the first month of 2020 and took almost the entire year before it was just right. So many unexpected hiccups along the way and like many things throughout 2020, it needed some extra special handling. I could not have gotten here without my tech editor, photographer and amazing test knitters.
Each of them powering through in the midst of a pandemic, living around the world and dealing with different restrictions, juggling virtual learning for their kiddos, mastering working remotely, working in our frontlines with little to no relief, fighting for an end to racism, navigating family loss, holidays, and why not throw in the US election. Whew, that list could go on and on…BUT we are an amazing group of makers. We find comfort in those stitches or a little bit of calm. We can also put down the stitches to do the work, supporting and fighting for what is right.
We make every stitch count.

To choose your size, measure the circumference around the fullest part of your bust, then add 2-6” (depending on how much ease you want) and choose the closest size.
If you are between sizes, you can size up or down depending on whether you want more or less ease in the bicep (see chart on last page for full finished sweater schematics).
YARN
Designed for fingering weight yarn.
Note: Yardage is based on knitting to the sample by including pockets and cowlneck collar. If you opt to no pockets and a crew neck collar, you will use less yardage; if you add length you will use more yardage.
