The construction of this cardigan is slightly out of the ordinary! Start by knitting the garter stitch sections (underarms, center back, left front, right front, and the cuffs) which have attached I-cords). From these pieces, stitches are picked up from inside the I-cord and stockinette “panels” and sleeves are added. There is absolutely nothing to sew together when you are done knitting!! Its flared styling makes it flattering for all body types!!
