Molig Yarn by A Homespun House is Spun by wives and mothers of alpaca shepherds in the Andes mountains of Peru, the sale of these yarns contributes to the economic well-being of the families of these talented women.  The project’s objective is to empower these Andean women with the ability to provide for their families wile, at the same time, helping to preserve ancient Peruvian textile tradition.

The yarn used for this cardigan is handspun in Peru.  A super bulky yarn presented as a single, there are 54 yards per 100 gram skein.
