This pattern was created because of my constant need to feel cozy. Even in the warmer months when you don’t need a heavy sweater, I love to have something cozy on. This sweater lives up to its name in that you can truly wear it every day! It is lightweight enough spring and summer wardrobes thrown on over a tank or a cute sundress, and can be layered in cooler months over a cotton long sleeve shirt with leggings or jeans. It is so versatile you will want one in loads of colors, and it makes an awesome gift for someone special who loves all things cozy! This pattern is moderately easy and works up fast! Instructions are included for making three sizes.

Hook: Size K, 6.5mm

Yarn: Lionbrand Heartland, 251yds/skein, 230m/skein, 142g/skein – You will need 3 skeins to complete the S and M sizes, 4 skeins for the L size

Other Notions: Scissors, Yarn needle

Stitches used / abbreviations:
Ch – chain
Sc - single crochet
Dc - double crochet
sl st – slip stitch
sp – space
st – stitch
sk – skip

Sizing:
Small – 28” wide, 34” long
Medium – 32” wide, 38” long
Large – 36” wide, 42” long
Note: The larger the size, the longer the sleeves will reach down your arm and the farther it will drape past your waist. A person who wears a dress size small could still wear a large Every Day Sweater, it will just fit more like a three quarter length sleeve sweater and cover more in the back.
