I made mine as a coaster but it can be anything you want it to be. It’s thick enough to absorb the condensation in the summer and not leave a circle on the table. It’s also a great motif for anything else you want to make with it. You can make it anything from a throw to a bedpread or anything in between.

I used less than a skein of cotton for one. I think with the P&C you could get 2 or 3 from a skein.

I made mine in 4th of July colors but also in Easter colors (shown in pattern). Stars aren’t just for one holiday which is why I named it Everyday Star.

Size will be determined by the yarn you use. I think it would be cool in thread also as a tablecloth, table runner or even a shawl.
