1. This is an easy Lovey pattern. I do use the Herringbone Half Double Crochet Stitch (HHDC) - this is an easy stitch to learn or you can opt to just use the Half Double Crochet (HDC).
2. I wanted this one to be “out of the norm” for my animal so I decided on a mouse. Of course, you can use whatever animal head design you want.
3. I used the leftover yarn from my “Everything Is Peachy” Baby Blanket - the Lovey is made in the same design as the Baby Blanket. So, this Lovey makes a great compliment to the blanket.
4. If you use a different yarn brand, then please note the overall size will likely vary somewhat.
