Evil Minion Hat Pattern

Materials Needed:

5mm & 4mm Hooks.
Worsted weight yarn (4 ply)
Purple, Black, White, & Gray.
Yarn Needle
Black Puffy Paint (optional)
White Felt or use white yarn to create teeth
Ruler or any other item to make a long stranded pom pom
Wire brush or something else to brush the pom pom fluffy
