The sharp air of autumn is chased away by the smoky crackle of a bonfire. Hand whittled twigs serve as the perfect toasting instrument for class s’mores to wind down the day. The intersection of marshmallow and branch are represented along the surface of the Exeter mitts. Knit in a soft yet sturdy superwash merino, these mitts are worked in the round from the bottom up. Thumb stitches are placed on hold and then worked in the round after the body is complete.

Errata: Decrease by two stitches during your beaded rib pattern on the top so that it lines up- k2tog sts 1 and 2 together, and also work a k2tog on sts 17 & 18.
