Expanding Ripples Scarf
by Carol Feller
The concept for this scarf is simple but it creates a very effective ruffled scarf without the need for many, many short rows. (Instead you have a few really long rounds!).
Work is began with a central panel and then the ruffled edges are worked out from this.
Easy to customise for a shorter or longer scarf and the ruffled edge can be worked until you use up all your yarn if you desire.
