Extinguished is a cowl befitting a Vestal Virgin. Six cables run up the sides to represent the six braids worn in their hair and the lace panels protect their modesty from the male gaze. It also keeps them toasty during those long hours of tending to Vesta’s flame.

• 4 mm / US 6 circular needle, 80 cm / 32”
• Cable needle

• Tapestry needle
