What an absolutely adorable little jellyfish!

The ButterflyLove pdf Eyeball Jellyfish knitting pattern gives you clear step by step instructions to make your own marine cutie. This pattern only involves knitting flat and is suitable for a beginner/intermediate knitter. You can also contact me at any point if you need technical advice or have any other queries. The bell of the finished jellyfish is about 9cm (3.5 inches) wide by 5cm (2 inches) high and you can choose whether to knit long or short tentacles.

What you will need:

2 knitting needles (US2/2.75mm or as per tension advice)
Stitch holder or third needle of the same size
15g yarn for the body (e.g. Sirdar Snuggly DK 412 ‘Soldier Blue’)
10-20g yarn for the tentacles (eg. Sirdar Snuggly DK 415 ‘Pixie’)
5g white yarn (e.g. Sirdar Snuggly DK 251 ‘White’)
Oddments of embroidery floss (optional)
Polyfil acrylic toy stuffing
2 plastic toy safety eyes (6mm)
1 tapestry needle for finishing

Skills used: Casting on and off, Increasing and Decreasing, I-cords

Stitches used: Stocking stitch, I-cords
