Eyeballs
A quick, easy project that uses up scraps of yarn. Try using a heathered or tonal yarn for the irises, or felt your Eyeballs for a denser, more realistic look. Make a bunch and string them together as Halloween decorations, or hand them out as goodies for Trick-or-Treaters.
Stitches/Techniques Used:
ch, slst, sc, sc2tog, adjustable “magic” ring
Materials:
- worsted or Aran weight yarn (100% wool if you plan to felt them). Per eyeball, you’ll need:
------ Pupil: 1 yard black
------ Iris: 1.5 yards blue, green, brown, or violet
------ White: 7.5 yards white
- size G/6 (4.25mm) crochet hook
- small amount of stuffing
