If you are traveling, this makes the perfect house gift. One plane ride and it’s done.

It’s also a great pattern to showcase a special yarn, whether hand dyed or one with a touch of glitter. Knit it up in a linen or cotton mix; it makes for a beautiful spring cowl, as it is light an airy.

I have also made this in worsted weight yarn. In which case I CO 120 with a size 8 needle, using approximately 225 -250 yards to get roughly the same size.
