These are fitted legwarmers with a double eyelet detail. The pattern is written for a size small, but can be sized up by adding a repeat, or adding additional ribbing between the eyelet sections.

After looking at the photos, I’ve realized that one of the legwarmers is upside down! Nothing seemed unusual at the time, so it seems the specific placement of the increases is not crucial - try it on as you go for your perfect fit!
