EZ breezy Zig Zag Cardigan ( inspired by Marc Jacobs )

You : 800-900 gram of leftover yarn and the pattern( $4,95)

This Marc Jacobs inspired Cardigan has a chic chevron pattern in various fall/winter hues.

Fits sizes :LARGE - X LARGE

• Fits chest approximately 115- 120 cm ( 45,3 – 47,2 inches)

• Length of the sweater approximately 70 cm ( 28 inches)

• Width of the front( and back) piece: 65 cm ( 26 inches)

• Width of top/ upperarm of the sleeves approximately 20 cm (8 inches)

• Length of the sleeves approximately 55 cm ( 22,7 inches)

• Total colors I used: 10

• If this is too long for you, leave out one zigzag color.

• If it is too short, add one zig zag color

• Written pattern with pictures

-Stitches used:

• Half double crochet: HDC
• Double crochet: DC
• Treble crochet: TC
• Single crochet: SC
• Slip stitch: SS
• Chain stitches

Materials used:
- Scrap yarn (light worsted weight) suitable for hook 4mm/ G ; total about 800- 900gr. (I used 300 gram of dark blue, because I made the back in one solid color) In total I used 10 colors.

• Crochet hook H (5mm)

• The pattern is made of 5 separate pieces: front left/ front right/ back and 2 sleeves.

• I used acrylic yarn which is supposed to be used for hook (G) 4mm, but to get a looser , less stiffer look, I used a hook 5mm (H) .

• I used 10 different colors of yarn. You can use as many as up to 13 different colors! All up to you which combination you prefer. You might even want to use less! :)
