Don’t underestimate the “lowly” Garter Stitch! You can knit many exciting pattern stitches using just the knit stitch and my EZ Wavy Zig Zag Garter Stitch Lacy Shawl is an example!

The pattern repeat is 10 + 2 stitches and 10 rows. Each row’s a bit different, but don’t let that frighten you! There’s a rhythm to the pattern and you’ll pick it up after just a few inches.

This is a Beginner Level project and although you may find some new techniques included, I’ve given you instructions on how to do it all.
