This pattern is done in all double crochet and is super easy. Great way to use up scrap yarn and keep your ears warm!

Gauge is not necessary in this pattern and is very flexible to accommodate all sizes. This pattern will fit a head measuring approximately 21.5”. If you choose not to follow the pattern and go smaller or larger, simply measure the person’s head you’re making this for and chain 2” less then you’re measured circumference (it will stretch).

I used Bernat Super Value in white with red for the stitching and a H hook. You can use any yarn type…cotton, acrylic, etc…and any hook size and adjust accordingly. You don’t need a lot of yarn for any size you decide to make.
