You can use a commercially produced 2 1/2 to 3 inch stress ball, or fiberfill inside the F-Bomb. This pattern includes surface crochet to make the ‘F’ design. If you are unfamiliar with the technique, there are several wonderful video tutorials online that can help you out.

The F-bomb is crocheted in continuous rounds, using worsted weight yarn and a 5 mm hook. The finished product is approximately 4 inches tall when finished.
