Fab Four Gurumi
One pattern, four idols!
Make your own Fab Four Gurumi with this easy to follow pattern with clear photographs to guide you through the trickier steps.
Size
Each one is approx. 5.9 inches tall.
Yarn & Hook
I chose 100% cotton for hook size 3mm for my Fab Four but you may use whatever yarn you have at hand.
Colours
Brown for hair, eyes; cream for skin; white for shirts; grey for suits; black for shoes, details plus pink, blue (for Ringo’s eyes), a darker shade of cream for face details.
Misc
Tiny black buttons (3 for each); you can also embroider the buttons using the french knot and black thread, optional: (black) belt buckle.
Stuffing
I use both pellets and stuffing cotton for my amigurumi.
Skills & Stitches
You should be familiar with basic embroidery stitching such as back stitch (for hair embroidery and details) and the picot knot (eyes); chain and single crochet stitch, increasing and decreasing as well as the magic (adjustable) ring.
Terminology
This pattern is written in American crochet terminology.
