this design is made for advanced beginners.

you’ll need fingering yarn. i recommend a beautiful round thread (The Plucky Knitter Bello or De Rerum Natura Albertine are my favorite for this project), but any fingering yarn can be convenient.
(many people grump about fingering yarn, i know! can you imagine a dress made for you with 15 mm needles? except for really skinny bodies, it wouldn’t be very flattering! )
so, you’ll need a skein of fingering yarn and US 2.5 needles (3 mm). also a small button, a size B hook and a few hours.
