Every child needs at least one fluffy bear in their toy collection. With this crochet pattern you can make your very own fuzzy bear to cuddle and adore.

Also, do not let the fluffy yarn mentioned in the pattern limit you. This bear can made in regular yarn for a different look. Or you can always use the method, where you brush the bear after making it, to create a slightly, fuzzy look.

This crochet pattern includes easy to follow instructions with a helpful diagram to show you how to join the legs as you go.

Gauge

is not important for this pattern. You can adjust hook and yarn size as desired, but keep in mind the size of finished object will vary. Working with the yarn mentioned and 4mm hook my finished toy measures approximately 28 cm (11 inches)

Yarn

(I used Minky Plush by Panda) – yarn label reads bulky (due to fluffiness) but feels more like a worsted weight. Contrast yarn used was a regular (non-fluffy yarn) 10 ply -worsted

Yardage

Main Colour – MC (Fluffy Yarn) – approx. 100 gr (142 yd./130 m)
Contrast Colour – CC – for inner ears and snout - approx. 10 gr (19 yd./17.5m)
