“Fade Through Time Shawl”
I wanted to create a faded shawl that was suitable for anyone to be creative with, and use colours that they love or have meaning to them.

With my love of history and the passing of time I wanted to reflect the male characters held in the Outlander story and use them as my shades and blending of colour and inspiration…being careful not to place arch enemies together!

Its been created to be part of a Knit Along in conjunction with Honey Girl Farms and her Outlander collection.

I have created it in DK yarn, but is just as suitable for heavier or lighter weight yarns, the pattern is open for you to design and create your own masterpiece.
The pattern is written like a recipe allowing the yarns that you choose to tell the story.
The stitches are simple, making it a project that’s easy to pick up and put down. The interest is held for you, with the small amount of texture design and the colour impact from the yarns.
