The Faded Hearts Cowl is worked in the round, starting with a provisional cast on. You will be working in stranded colorwork knitting for the first half of the cowl…then finishing the last half with simple color fading with the three contrast colors. The cowl is finished using kitchener stitch, making it seamless. You will use most of the skein of the MC. However, you will use about half of the three contrast skeins. This design was inspired by the new fade fad…and of course, Valentine’s Day! I hope you enjoy making it as much as I did!
