I designed this pattern for Malabrigo Caracol yarn. The cowl did not require a full hank. I used about 75%.The gloves used about the same amount as the cowl. This is a very quick knit. The set can be done in a weekend.

The mitts require you to be able to use dpns or use the magic loop method since you only have a few stitches.

Construction hint:
Lace edge is worked first for both pieces, grafted then worked in the round. The grafting is easy since it is only 6 stitches.
