Fair Isle Child Cardigan
This is a child’s cardigan pattern worked in all over colour pattern using the stranded yarns method. The pattern contains written instructions with a chart for the colour work.

Actual Chest: 66(26) 71.5(28) 79(31) 84(33) cm (in)
Back Length: 34(13½) 38(15) 42(16½) 46(18) cm (in)
Sleeve: 23(9) 26(10¼) 30(11¾) 32(12½) cm (in)
MATERIALS
MC - 3 3:4:5 x 50 g balls Rooster Almerino Aran shade 315 Shimmer (103yards/94metres per ball)
C - 2 3:4:5 x 50 g balls Rooster Almerino Aran shade 305 Custard (103yards/94metres per ball)
Pair each of 4.5 mm (UK/Canada/Aus no 7 or US 7) and 5.5 mm (UK/Canada/Aus no 5 or US 9) knitting needles.
5 x 18 mm buttons.
TENSION / GUAGE
19 sts and 23 rows to 10cm/4in square over st st using 5.5mm needles.
Note: strand the yarns at back of work very loosely in order to maintain correct tension.
